Three TNS Attorneys Serving on the MSBA Family Law Section Council
TNS Family Law is thrilled to announce that Jasmine N. Pope and Alexandra N. Comegys have been selected to serve on the Maryland State Bar Association’s Family Law Section Council.
Alexandra joins as a Young Lawyer Section Member and Jasmine as an At Large Section Member. They join their colleague Alexis L. Holiday, who continues to serve on the Council as an At Large Section Member.
What the Family Law Section Council Does
The MSBA Family Law Section Council is the governing body of the Association’s Family Law Section. Its members help shape the Section’s continuing legal education programming, review and respond to proposed legislation affecting Maryland families, and serve as a channel between practitioners and the broader bar on issues that affect how family law is practiced across the state.
Service on the Council is not a credential attorneys apply for and receive. It is a working commitment — hours spent on programming, legislative review, and section governance on top of a full practice.
Why Three Seats Matters
Having three TNS Family Law attorneys on the Council reflects this team’s deep commitment to the family law bar in Maryland. It also means our attorneys are in the room when the Section is weighing legislative developments and shaping the education that Maryland family law practitioners rely on — insight that flows directly back into how we represent clients in divorce, custody, and post-judgment matters.
