Christopher W. Nicholson to Present Case Law and Legislative Update at Harford County Family Law Case Management Meeting

Turnbull, Nicholson & Sanders, P.A. is pleased to announce that partner Christopher W. Nicholson will present the case law and legislative update at the Harford County Circuit Court Office of Family Court Service’s Annual Family Law Case Management Meeting on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.

Mr. Nicholson has presented this update at the meeting every year since 2007. His presentation reviews the past year’s significant decisions from the Supreme Court of Maryland and the Appellate Court of Maryland, along with new legislation affecting divorce, custody, child support, and marital property. The update helps the judges and attorneys who handle family law cases in Harford County stay current on changes in the law.

The annual meeting brings together judges, court staff, and members of the family law bar to discuss how family law cases are managed in the Circuit Court for Harford County. It gives practitioners a chance to hear directly from the Court about scheduling, procedures, and expectations.

Mr. Nicholson is a name partner at TNS and a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. His practice focuses on complex divorce, custody, and marital property matters throughout Maryland.
