Jasmine N. Pope Sworn In as 42nd President of the Alliance of Black Women Attorneys of Maryland, Inc.
On June 16, 2026, Associate, Jasmine N. Pope, was sworn in as the as the 42nd President of the Alliance of Black Women Attorneys of Maryland, Inc. (the “Alliance”). The Alliance was founded in 1979 and is Maryland’s first bar association developed by and for black women. Jasmine’s theme for her bar year is “Purposefully Present.”
As an office, TNS attended Jasmine’s swearing in, and hosted a reception afterwards in celebration of this accomplishment. We look forward to her year as President.
