Faith Z. Khan

Faith Z. Khan is an associate attorney at Turnbull, Nicholson & Sanders, where she focuses her practice on all family law matters.
Faith received a Bachelor of Science in Forensic & Investigative Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from West Virginia University. Before attending law school, Faith served as a private investigator in the District of Columbia, working closely with criminal defense and personal injury attorneys.
Faith graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2023. During her time at law school, Faith served as a Law Scholar for Torts and a Teaching Assistant for Introduction to Lawyering Skills. She also served as the Assistant Managing Editor for the University of Baltimore School of Law Law Review, where her comment, “Natural Disasters and the Government’s Destructive Response: A Holistic View on the Impacts of Noncitizen Exclusion from Federal Public Benefit Programs,” was published. Faith was a Public Interest Fellowship Recipient and received recognition by the Royal Graham Shannonhouse III Honor Society.
After law school, Faith was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Wendy S. Epstein in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. While Faith has experience in criminal law and civil litigation, her passion for family law developed during her clerkship where she saw various matters involving child custody, divorce, and marital property.
Faith was admitted to the Maryland Bar in November 2023 and is a member of the Baltimore County Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association. Faith serves as a Family-Friendly Co-Committee Chair for the Young Lawyers’ Section Council for the Maryland State Bar Association.
Outside of the office, Faith enjoys trying new cocktail bars and coffee shops, spending time with her wife and dog, and learning Hindi.
